JG was born in Portugal in 1983, his unique course in life has produced a pianist with an artistic soul. At the age of five he lost his sight but never gave up on his dreams and passion for music. His love for the piano coupled with an extraordinary ambition for improvement has given him purpose and guided him through life and its challenges.
At the age of 18, Jorge left home to attend two of the most prestigious European universities of Music, in Paris and Warsaw. Currently he resides back in his hometown of Coimbra, devoting his time to performance.
